I am a professional working disabled person and I have been with Crystal Care since 2021. In that time I have developed several excellent relationships with my carers and with the admin and management teams. As well as personal care they have supported me in getting around to work, social and medical appointments and I have even been on short holidays with one of my carers. Care and support are provided in a polite, respectful and friendly manner. Timekeeping is good and the organisation is easy to contact if there are any queries or special arrangements to be made. I have a much more independent life with Crystal Care than I had before and feel more secure about the future with their support. Based on my own experiences, I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking home care.

The overnight waking care my mother-in-law received was quite simply superb. Every carer put her needs first and quickly established a routine that both suited and supported her. My mother-in-law so looked forward to 10 pm every night. The whole company did so much for her and for us as a family; we would not have got through those 3 months without them. The app that was used was brilliant; providing reassurance but also a way to communicate if I needed to purchase certain things.

Without having quality experience in care, Crystal Care took me from a neophyte, trained and nurtured me into the grounded health care assistant I'm today. Their support towards ensuring all members of staff wellbeing are ensured is top notch. Training sessions and seminars are held to ensure that staff members are up to date with CQC required standard of care giving. Staff members' welfare and safeguarding are top priority.
