What we offer at Crystal Care is a personalised service in which we work with you to assess individual needs and then formulate a care plan before delivering a range of services.

What is
Homecare?
Homecare means being cared for by professionals in your own home. At Crystal Care, we look after anyone over the age of 18 years.
Many of our current clients are elderly and need some support with personal care, household chores and medication management. However, we cater for a wide age range and a variety of conditions.
Whether you are elderly, frail, suffering from a physical or psychological disability or an acute or long-term condition we can provide the right care package for you and your family so that you receive quality care at affordable rates.
We liaise with GPs, pharmacists, District nurses and OTs so that you can receive correct treatment and care in a timely fashion.
Some typical examples of Care Calls include:
3 half-hour calls per day to include a shower, lunch prep, medication and evening meal. A 2-hour block call for companionship whilst, for example, your partner goes out or has a sleep knowing that you are in safe hands. Night sit (10pm till 8am). You may just have come out of hospital or have trouble sleeping. This allows family carers to sleep whilst you are still receiving support.

Due to the individualised nature of our assessments, you decide what you want. You may wish to start with one call per week and see how things progress - it’s entirely driven by your care needs and your choices. Whzan Blue Box
Early identification of any potential health concerns is very important for your overall well-being and peace of mind. This is why we’re delighted to provide digital health checks offering reassurance to you and your loved ones in the comfort of your home.
The Blue Box is an all-in-one vital signs and health monitoring system containing a set of clinical instruments and tablet computer pre-loaded with assessments. Our carers will be able to conduct a health check within a matter of minutes with all readings automated and securely recorded. Typically, this is your blood pressure and pulse, temperature, respiration, oxygen levels and alertness.
Our carers may also ask a few well-being questions and take your NEWS2 score. NEWS2 is a standardised health assessment created by the Royal College of Physicians to check for deterioration and is routinely used within the NHS should you or your loved one require extra care from health professionals.
