Dr Louise May
Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Dr Louise May is a nurse through and through. After training in Liverpool at the age of 18 she was one of the youngest ever ward sisters and was managing an intensive care unit at a busy hospital at the age of 23. After a further 10 years as an NHS ward manager Louise became a university-based nurse tutor and undertook a research doctorate into the support and supervision available to nurses and other health care staff. This resulted in her being awarded a BA (Hons), a master’s in philosophy and a PhD by Manchester University in 2007. She was then appointed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council as an external examiner for standards in nurse training nationally. These achievements brought their own pressures and, after a period of ill-health caused by stress, Louise decided to leave the public sector and apply her skills, knowledge and experience for the benefit of the community in Wirral. She vowed at that point that she wanted to work near to her home in Rock Ferry and from then on to be her own boss. 10 years later she has managed to fulfil both of those objectives and has built and continues to grow a successful care company. Louise is described by many people as an inspiration, especially to women in business, and is highly respected, not only within the company but by health and social care professionals across all the major disciplines.

Michelle Drewry
Operations / Branch Manager

Michelle Drewry is currently the Branch Manager at Crystal Care. With extensive experience and a proven track record, she effectively manages the office and operational elements on a daily basis, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. As the Branch Manager, she is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, where her team can thrive and deliver exceptional results. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement she is always seeking ways to enhance operations and drive organisational growth. Outside of her professional endeavours, Michelle enjoys socialising with family and friends, eating out and attending various fitness classes.

Sandra Ravera
Registered Manager

Sandra Ravera is the registered Manager here at Crystal Care. She comes with a vast amount of knowledge from working in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Sandra started her career as a healthcare assistant and has worked her way up covering many various positions. She has an immense passion for ensuring that Crystal Care delivers top-quality person-centred care and is always available to support any staff with their required needs. Sandra is in charge of the daily running of domiciliary care and manages the office to meet all client and staff needs. In her spare time Sandra enjoys keep fit by attending regular classes, walking her dog and spending time with her family.

Katrina Harbour
Finance Officer

Katrina Harbour is our Finance Officer here at Crystal Care. In her capacity as a finance officer, she is responsible for over seeing various tasks, including payroll, accounts payable and financial reporting. Katrina works closely with her colleagues to streamline processes and optimise financial performance, contributing to the overall running of the business. Katrina is a keen gym fanatic and is always up for new challenges. She enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors with her children and family.

Shannon Brady
Customer Engagement Officer

Shannon Brady is an experienced customer service representative at Crystal Care. During the week, you can find Shannon answering client and staff phone calls, responding to support emails and providing information about our current services the company offers. Because of her experience in the healthcare industry, she is highly knowledgeable in regards to the services and support we offer and her relationship with our current clients is second to none. Outside of work Shannon enjoys in taking part in various activities. These include long walks and attending dance classes. Shannon also enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Libby Loftus
Senior Recruitment Consultant

Libby Loftus is our Senior Recruitment consultant here at Crystal Care. She is responsible for sourcing all staff through our rigorous recruitment process. This involves ensuring all applications are fully compliant and experienced in the relevant field that they have applied for. Libby provides a guidance in a number of key areas including compliance guidelines and inductions for all new starters who are employed at Crystal Care. One of Libby’s strengths lies in her ability to thrive well under pressure as being a recruitment consultant can be extremely demanding but also rewarding. Libby likes to reward herself by travelling and going on mini breaks with her family and friends.

Lewis Peters
Office Administrator

Lewis Peters is the Office Administrator here at Crystal Care. Lewis primarily focuses on the homecare side of the business. Within this role he embraces each day as an opportunity for growth, both personally and professionally. As an office administrator he is committed to maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with precision and care. Outside of the office, Lewis is dedicated in improving his personal skillsets. This includes experimenting in the culinary arts and staying active through fitness.

Jenny Harding
Care Co Ordinator

Jenny Harding is passionate about providing compassionate care to those in need. With over a decade of experience in the field of care she has dedicated herself to ensuring the well being and comfort of each individual under her care. For the past 2 years she has had the privilege of serving as a Care Coordinator at Crystal Care. In this role she had had the opportunity to combine her extensive experience with genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients. When Jenny is not working, she takes pleasure in spending time with her 2 young children and husband.

Graham Jones
Care Co Ordinator

Graham Jones brings over 28 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry to his current role as a Care Coordinator at Crystal Care. Throughout his career he has held various positions that have allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery. He has applied his wealth of experience to ensure the highest of standard of care for our clients. Graham is passionate about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. This includes entering various bikeathons. He also has a keen interest in wellness and facilitates this outside of work.

Chelsea Mason
Care Co Ordinator

Chelsea Mason is a dedicated and passionate healthcare assistant who has embarked on an inspiring journey to become a Care Coordinator. With a strong commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, Chelsea has worked tirelessly to expand her skills and take on new challenges in the healthcare field. When Chelsea is not at work, she finds solace in travelling abroad to spend time at her family’s home. She also enjoys spending time with friend and looking after her dogs.

Kevin Suggitt
Senior Carer

Kevin Suggitt is Crystal Cares Senior Healthcare Assistant. Having spent a number of years as a mental health nurse, Kevin is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a passion for providing high quality care to those who need it. Kevin is a dedicated enthusiast of the steampunk subculture. He enjoys attending festivals or themed events to showcase his steampunk creations.
