At Crystal Care, training isn’t a one-time event, it’s an ongoing journey. Every member of our team, regardless of experience level, is supported with in-depth, accredited training to ensure they are confident, capable, and always compliant.
Our training includes:
Induction and mandatory care training (including safeguarding, medication, etc.)
Manual handling training with a focus on safety and disability support
First aid and emergency response
Digital care records and assessment tools, such as the Whzan Blue Box and NEWS2 scoring
We also work with leading training providers such as Care Business Associate Training (CBAT) and have partnered with Confident Competence, an innovative system that allows managers to carry out digital performance assessments in real-time.
